The "felino" type
In this salami mixture there is a limited addition of fat parts. 
The particular thickness of the used intestine preserves the mixture's softness in spite of the long seasoning period.
 
 
 
President's salami
Its mixture is made into natural sausages, very thick in order to preserve the seasoning better. the taste is quite strong; in the preparation black pepper, nutmeg and wines are used.
The seasoning is very long up to five months and gives a salami with classic taste used also for snacks.
 
 
 
The Cacciatorino
