The
Story
|
|
San Lorenzo farm was founded in the early
1900s, by Angelo Daffara, on lands once belonging to the candiani D'Olivola family near the town of Occimiano, which boasts an ancient history of parishes and convents dating back to the 13th
century.
Today Cascina San Lorenzo is avant-garde in its structures and technologies, but still traditional in philosophy and production: meats, rice and specialties that happily bring back to the original flavours and aromas of this land. |

In 1987 Cascina San Lorenzo, while remaining a traditional
farm, took a leap forward with the creation of a state-of-the-art production and business
organization.
In 1993 Cascina San Lorenzo obtained EC Recognition according
to EC Directive 92/5, which certified the high level of its production organization and
technologies.
All this makes Cascina San Lorenzo and its products the modern evolution of an ancient way of making cold meats, salami and specialties. |
